One incident cited in the documents details an alleged punch to Jackson’s face by Palmer at a 2021 birthday party, with a friend attempting to intervene. Text messages from Palmer apologizing for the incident are claimed to be in Jackson’s possession.

Further instances of abuse are detailed, including an alleged attack during Jackson’s January 2022 birthday celebration in Cancún, leaving visible bruises. Another incident in February 2022 reportedly involved Palmer choking and hitting Jackson in her home after consuming alcohol.

The most recent claim by Jackson pertains to an altercation in March 2023, where Palmer allegedly became enraged over an overflowing shower, verbally abusing Jackson and calling him derogatory names.

Jackson asserts that Palmer would frequently send a barrage of emails after such incidents, alternating between lashing out and apologizing. Amid their contentious split, Palmer previously accused Jackson of abuse, obtaining a temporary restraining order and temporary sole custody of their child.

In response, Jackson is now seeking his own protection, requesting that the judge handle his petition concurrently with the hearing on Palmer’s allegations. He is seeking an order mandating Palmer to stay 100 yards away from him.
